I am a Doctoral Researcher at Ulster University, examining how health service pathways influence patient outcomes following total knee arthroplasty. My work focuses on mapping and analysing the patient journey to understand how systems of care shape recovery, quality of life, and longer-term outcomes, drawing on expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and qualitative research.
